Meeting the criteria outlined in the GUIDELINES for the A1 – A2 – A3 – B and C lists does not mean automatic approval. The final decision for approval rests with the Judges Sub-committee (100% approved to award CCs) of the PLSCWWE.

These criteria apply to all relevant Lists:-

  • A condition of an applicant’s inclusion in the Society’s Judges Lists is that the applicant agrees to write a critique on their judging of the Breed and submits it to the canine press within the required time limit.
  • For inclusion in A or B Lists, to have been observed judging by a representative of the club and a satisfactory report received.
  • Judges approved by the KC to judge Pastoral Group at Championship level qualify as B List Non Breed Specialists at the discretion of the Judges Sub Committee.
  • Overseas Judges must be approved to award CACs/CACIBs or other relevant awards towards a Championship for PLS and have clear experience in the breed in their home country and have the support of the PLSCWWE
